Our Brazil Cerrado Coffee comes from, naturally, the Cerrado region which is located in the southeastern part of Brazil known as the Minas Gerias Estate. Consistent rains, high daytime temperature and dry winters make it ideal for coffee growing. This region has a rich deep soil known to the natives as “Terra Roxa.”(Rich Dirt)
Our Brazil Cerrado Coffee is dry processed for a cup of coffee that displays terrific body, and a nutty, sweet taste that can only be found in the best Brazilian coffees.
A Brazilian Cerrado coffee is typically clean with a good body , low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and even slightly caramelly flavor when light-roasted, perhaps even malty, though more chocolaty if given a darker roast.
