Did you know the following about Coffee Roasting and the type of Roast you decide on? ( The last one surprises most people)
A) The darker the bean bean is roasted, the more it loses the flavors of its origin. At the same time it also starts to absorb the taste of the roasting process.
B) Lighter roasted beans have more acidity than beans that are roasted darker.
C) The darker the bean is roasted the more the caffeine level decreases
In the end its all about what you, the coffee drinker, like in terms of taste, flavor and aroma…. well and maybe caffeine levels too.
