Brazil Cerrado is typically clean with a good body , low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and even slightly caramelly flavor when light-roasted, perhaps even malty, though more chocolaty if given a darker roast
Colombian “Supremo” is the highest grade, based on bean size processed to the higher European standards, it is smooth, medium acidity, full bodied and with excellent flavor and aroma
Sumatran Mandheling: Arabica coffees from Sumatra are grown at high elevations mostly in the north-central and far northern parts of the island.Probably the most full-bodied coffee in the world; one can feel the richness settling in the back of the mouth. Flavor is smooth & full.
